Product Manager Tunisia

Boehringer Ingelheim is hiring a Product Manager – Tunisia & Morocco responsible for Specialty Care (Cardiovascular, Rare Disease) based in Tunis, Tunisia.

 

The job holder will be responsible for driving brand strategies for Boehringer Ingelheim with the objective of maximizing long term revenue growth and profitability of assigned prescription medicine brands, whilst adhering to best practice principles and standard operational procedures (SOPs).

 

The Product Manager will report to the Business Unit Head NWA.

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities      

 

  • Contribute to market insights and brand assumptions for long-term and short-term planning. 
  • Collaborates with internal functions to prepare ICP, drive projects and to optimize development and market contribution.
  • Provide market, competitor, and customer insights to influence brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with the regional market analytics team and lead discussions on In-Market Sales planning.
  • Drive and contribute towards the achievement of sales targets and towards the long-term growth of assigned products.  Initiate corrective measures in exigencies.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor Direct Promotional Budget.
  • Coordinate the execution of the marketing plan.
  • Develop product cycle plans and monitor the promotional materials inventory.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure optimal customer engagement.
  • Ensures effective stakeholder management in coordination with Medical and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the Medical function to engage with and educate external experts.
  • Support Key Account and Market Access strategies.
  • Conduct product trainings and update knowledge of field force.
  • Partners with Sales Managers and Regional Managers to implement marketing programs to support successful field sales efforts.
  • Monitor, control, and evaluate the impact of Marketing Programs and recommend corrective measures.
  • Manage agencies, digital marketing, and production companies for brand plan execution.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts and reports.
  • Develops integrated customer engagement plans with the use of digital strategies, technologies, tactics, and insights.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Bio-Medical Diploma; Doctor of Medicine; An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years Marketing experience within a multi-national pharmaceutical company; experience in Tunisia and Morocco is a plus.
  • Experience in Specialty Care is a plus
  • Business fluent in English, in its oral and written form
