Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for clinical laboratory cell culture–related work (e.g., cell passaging and routine observation, sterile operations, etc.), completing daily tasks in compliance with procedures and ensuring full traceability of the experimental process.
- Conduct clinical analytical testing for animal study testing material and related samples (e.g., virus dilution and titer determination, with result record collation; ELISA testing or virus isolation of samples, with result record collation) and escalate any deviations or abnormalities in a timely manner.
- Maintain complete and accurate raw data and test records; support quality documentation filing/archiving and version control; assist with document preparation for inspections/audits as needed.
- Responsible for daily laboratory maintenance and 6S; assist in consumables inventory and usage tracking; perform routine instrument/equipment checks, maintenance, calibration, and operation logs to ensure safe and efficient lab operations; complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Full-time interns who can commit to an internship period of one year or longer are preferred. 4 times a week, working in Taizhou
- College degree or above, majors related to biology, pharmacy, microbiology, veterinary medicine, etc.
- Hands-on experience in sterile technique and cell culture is preferred; experience with virus titration, ELISA and hemagglutination/hemagglutination inhibition assays and/or other animal study sample testing is a plus.
- Familiar with basic computer applications; able to maintain accurate records and support documentation filing/archiving in a compliant manner.
- Good communication skills, good team player and strong learning agility is preferred.
- Aspiring to long-term development in the analytical testing/assay in the industry setting.
