Project Name : CKD Early Detection & Patient Education Support Project
To transform CKD awareness into tangible clinical actions by orchestrating a comprehensive ecosystem. Instead of isolated PR efforts, this initiative integrates media influence with field execution to:
- Internal (Sales Empowerment): Launch an internal motivation program to incentivize the sales team to proactively deploy CKD patient education tools (e.g., videos, toolkits, and "健康好夥伴" APP).
- External (HCP & PR Synergy): Leverage PR-generated momentum (videos/ads) to create high-impact HCP-facing programs. By synchronizing public awareness with professional education, we aim to maximize the conversion from "disease awareness" to "early identification" and ultimately "prescription action."
