Finance and Accounting Specialist
Task & Responsibilities:
- GL management-responsible for all month end closing & year end closing activities/reports/supporting documents)
- Cash management, included but not limited to prepare cash flow statement, cash flow forecast and monitor daily/weekly cash position
- Tax management (Local &Corporate Tax affairs) included but not limited to
- (1) Corporate Income tax and Surtax returns, (2)tax accounting,(3)WHT reconciliation and declaration ,(4)tax audit and tax application preparation, (5)VAT reconciliation(incoming, outgoing VAT and VAT of receivable and expenditure and declaration, etc.) Manage tax matters in the area of (1) tax compliance e.g. CIT and Surtax returns, (2) tax accounting, (3) WHT, (4) tax audit and tax application.
- Provide necessary reports and explanations to external auditors and/or Tax Authorities for compliance on Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax and other tax relevant matters (e.g. finished goods disposal etc.)
- Preparation for Financial Statement, TP report, CbCR and necessary reports related to local or corporate Tax affairs.
- Coordinate audit activities with CPA firm.
- Ad hoc task and project support
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in accounting.
- At least 2 working experience in CPA firm.
- Familiarity with local tax regulation and solid experienced in handling local tax matters.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated with good attention to details
- Proficient in MS EXCEL, familiar with SAP
- Good time management, Good interpersonal skills, can work independently also be a team player
- Good understanding of accounting processes and principles
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
