The Position
The (Senior) GTM Omnichannel Specialist acts as the vital link between business strategy and digital execution. This role focuses on translating stakeholder needs into actionable initiatives and optimizing the omnichannel ecosystem to ensure Commercial teams can deliver seamless, orchestrated customer experiences.
Task & Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Insights & Solution Design
- Understand & Translate: Actively engage with stakeholders to identify business pain points and translate these insights into actionable initiatives that support the broader organizational digital transformation agenda.
- Bridge the Gap: Evaluate business requirements against technical feasibility to design impactful solutions—whether leveraging existing Global/Regional solutions or developing Local initiatives—to ensure they are fit-for-purpose for the market.
- Initiative Leadership & Scaling
- Lead and/or Support Roll-out: Drive the implementation of digital solutions across different functions, serving as the lead for local projects or a key support for the localization of global initiatives.
- Scale-up & Sustainability: Ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes, moving from initial pilot to scaled, long-term sustainable models across the organization.
- Agile Management: Maintain agility in managing various digital platforms to meet evolving business requirements.
- Omnichannel Orchestration & Operations
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize the underlying workflows and processes required to deliver effective Omnichannel Engagement.
- Journey Orchestration: Enhance planning and execution processes to orchestrate Omnichannel customer engagement across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience.
- Operational Excellence: Facilitate the daily operations of digital platforms to ensure high-quality execution and rapid troubleshooting for cross function teams.
- Stakeholder Liaison & Capability Building
- Global-Local Liaison: Act as the primary contact window and liaison among Global, Regional, and Local stakeholders to ensure total alignment on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
- Capability Support: Foster a culture of digital agility by providing training and support to Commercial teams on new tools and omnichannel methodologies, driving the organization’s digital maturity.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years or above within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry. Proven track record in Digital Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Project Management.
- Strategic Background: Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy or management consulting is a significant advantage, particularly in driving commercial model innovation.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex data and qualitative insights into simplified digital execution plans.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English and local language, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
