(Associate) Customer Experience & Distributor Excellence Manager

The Position

Customer Experience drive and govern the capabilities of Customer Facing Excellence (CFE), especially Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) across BIAH in a strategic and sustainable manner, considering the overarching AHBU strategy and deciding. In the meantime, CFE will serve as a local strategic partner responsible for the development & execution of Sales Force Effectiveness, operational framework and processes to support BI business objectives. Distributor Excellence will serve as a local strategic partner responsible for the effective and efficient distribution model to support business objectives. Support on execution of Strategic Account Management (SAM) across BIAH together with distributors in a strategic operational framework and processes. 

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead, identify and implement SFE end-to-end processes.
  • Govern the whole distributor life cycle management with defined distributor selection criteria, contracting, on boarding, transition, termination process. Building up a standard of procedure for distributor to ensure operating compliantly.
  • Regular and ongoing distributor performance analysis incl. Cycle capability assessment / KPI tracking, input to training function on the learning strategy. Understand the most updated status/capabilities of the distributors and identify the gaps need to be fulfilled with priorities. Decision ready proposal for incentive improvement and optimization.
  • Act as Sales force optimization consultant to proactively provide the recommendation to BuSe (R&R, sizing, structure, KPI etc.) to maximize the profitable growth. Lead SFE and CFE related project to provide decision making analytics & insights.
  • Implement SAM end-to-end processes. Introduce and continuously improve the Strategic Account Management (SAM) approach to commercial team on distributor management. Support on the program, documentation, tools, analytics.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the capabilities in scope (Selling process & Selling Skills, Field Coaching of Sales Teams, Sales Incentives, Targeting & Segmentation) with regards to methods & process, data and platforms
  • Good understanding knowledge of the customers by species and BI AH market particularities
  • Strong capability in strategic thinking and planning as well as a deep understanding of the Strategic Customer’s issues and ability to address them.
  • Minimum Bachelor degrees in Business Administration or Animal Health related majors.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in CFE, SFE, SAM and preferred to have AH industry experience
