Sales Force Excellence Analyst (12-Month Contract)
The Opportunity
We have an exciting 12-Month Contract opportunity for a Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Analyst to join our organisation, supporting commercial teams through advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
This role offers the opportunity to play a critical role in optimising sales force effectiveness by enabling customer-facing teams to prioritise the right customers, enhancing targeting strategies, and ensuring accurate performance tracking and incentive execution.
You will operate at the intersection of data analytics, commercial strategy, and CRM systems, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.
As a trusted analytics partner, you will champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, ensuring the business maximises its customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support territory alignment, segmentation, and customer targeting to maximise sales coverage and field force effectiveness.
- Design, track, and evaluate incentive schemes and performance metrics aligned with commercial strategy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payouts.
- Ensure high-quality data within CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) and drive adoption of standardised processes across teams.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor sales force performance and business outcomes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or Life Sciences (pharma background advantageous).
- 4–7 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, analytics, or commercial data roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Sales force analytics (segmentation, targeting, KPIs)
- CRM and commercial datasets (e.g., IQVIA)
- Data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
