Tasks & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Integrated Learning Lead, you will:

  • Sales Capability Development:
    Design and deliver engaging learning programs that enhance core and advanced sales skills, including customer engagement, objection handling, and strategic account management.
  • Product Knowledge Training:
    Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and impactful product training aligned with launch and lifecycle strategies.
  • Skills Assessment & Development Planning:
    Conduct skills gap analyses using assessment tools and analytics. Translate insights into targeted development plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Partner with TA stakeholders to identify learning needs and co-create performance-driven solutions.
  • Agile Learning Design:
    Apply agile methodologies to rapidly design, pilot, and iterate learning solutions across digital, blended, and in-field coaching formats.
  • Measurement & Evaluation:
    Track and evaluate learning impact using KPIs such as skill improvement, sales performance, and stakeholder feedback. Continuously refine programs based on data insights.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to continuous professional development

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Experience with CRM systems training
  • Familiarity with eLearning software
  • Additional certifications (e.g., DiSC, Situational Leadership)
  • Coaching experience and ability to deliver constructive feedback
