The Opportunity
Reporting to the Southern Regional Sales Manager – TA CRM, you will lead a high-performing sales team and shape healthcare outcomes across NSW.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical sales leader to take ownership of a dynamic district spanning NSW East, South, and Inner West.
You’ll manage a talented team of Primary Care and Specialist Care representatives, driving performance and fostering excellence in one of Australia’s most competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of annual sales and activity targets for the assigned territories
- Manage and implement sales activity plans for the product portfolio
- Lead and develop sales teams
- Coach sales representatives to higher levels of excellence
- Build and manage relationships with peers and internal stakeholders
- Run and manage industry/medical events and presentations
- Motivate and drive employees to achieve high performance
- Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisals
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably science-related)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of success
- Minimum 2 years’ experience relevant industry people management experience
- Experienced in building strong relationships between Primary and Specialist Sales Representatives
- Demonstrated examples of outstanding team performance
- Strong Business Acumen leading to insights and Actions.
- High achievement orientation with a proven track record of high sales performance
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills
- The ability to provide and receive feedback effectively
- Effective prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Effective internal leadership
- Past records of resilience and ability to bounce back.
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to build excellent internal cross functional relationships.
- Technology literacy (essential)
- Clear understanding of the NSW Health Environment (preferred)
