Do you like to train and educate staff, supporting them with valuable insights for the treatment decision process and are you ready for your next challenging role? As our new Territory Manager for veterinary clinics in the Stockholm area you will build relations with veterinaries in clinics informing and educating them about our Animal Health (AH) products. To be able to perform this function well, you preferably know the veterinary market, the customers, the products, the competitors, and treatment approaches for cats and dogs.

 

You will be covering the area of Stockholm and you will be reporting into the Sales Manager Pets Nordics 

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop the sales of our veterinary prescription products, their market share and further strengthen the image of Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Nordics
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate the activity plan for the region.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure sharing of information with all internal stakeholders.
  • Use all the elements of the tactical plan to increase customer experience and by this, the value of each customer.
  • Continuously enrich the segmentation of clinics by updating their data and surveys to improve the customer knowledge and make customer experience more personalized.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • You are an educated veterinarian, veterinarian nurse, pharmacist, or product specialist - experience from similar job is a plus but not a must.
  • A strong ability to build relationships
  • Strong interest to learn about scientific and commercial aspects of products and a willingness to understand trends and evolution within the pharmacy sector.
  • Customer focused attitude and commercial mindset to go the extra mile and achieve your goals.
  • Well-developed communication, selling, influencing and listening skills.
  • Function independently with a high degree of initiative, self-organization, flexibility, and reliability.
  • A valid driver’s license.
