THE OPPORTUNITY

The Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a key supporting role in driving the success of our commercial activities in Sweden. Acting as a trusted partner to the Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams, this role contributes to the seamless execution of initiatives defined in the Integrated Customer Plan and local account plans.

By coordinating activities, supporting key stakeholders such as Territory Managers, Brand Managers and Regional Market Access Managers, and ensuring strong collaboration across functions, the role helps bring strategies to life and ensures high-quality delivery of customer-focused initiatives.

 

This position is based in Stockholm (Sweden) and reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area CRM.

HOW YOU’LL FIT IN:

  • Assist the team in planning and organizing day-to-day marketing and sales initiatives, helping ensure activities run smoothly and on time.
  • Help organize congresses, meetings, and customer events by managing invitations, bookings, logistics, and providing on-site or virtual support when needed.
  • Support the creation, update, and distribution of marketing and sales materials, while ensuring they follow internal processes and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams, as well as external agencies and suppliers, to deliver activities effectively.
  • Provide support to the sales team: Help maintain systems and tools (e.g., CRM), manage requests, and ensure the field force has access to the materials and information they need.
  • Maintain internal platforms, track activities, support onboarding coordination, and ensure materials and information are accurate and easily accessible.

 

YOU BRING:

  • Previous work experience in an international work environment is preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English languages is required (written and spoken).
  • Ability to plan and work under pressure.
  • Solid time management, prioritization, social and scheduling skills.
  • Positive approach, flexibility & accuracy.
  • Great relevant IT skills.
