As our Customer Insights Manager you will provide our Head of Therapeutic Area CRM with sales and executional analysis to assist in development of business plans, execution of customer/account plans, and escalate topics when needed if deviations occur.
The role is cross functional to serve as a bridge between the Asset Team (marketing, sales, medical, market access) and business leadership, ensuring that decisions are based on relevant insights from both internal data sources and external environmental factors.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you as you will have total accountability for supporting the achievement of the business objectives of promoted products nationally (with clear customer insights that support Asset Team/Regional Market Access Managers /Territory Managers/District to achieve individual and team business objectives).
This position is based preferably in our Stockholm office and reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic area CRM.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze information from the external healthcare environment, including policy changes, payer dynamics, and patient needs, to inform strategic decisions and customer engagement.
- Track and interpret trends in healthcare systems and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for brand, market access, and sales teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Support commercial objectives by ensuring appropriate analysis of performance against agreed targets, executional in-field excellence, and adherence to brand strategy critical success factors.
- Develop positive and mutually beneficial relationships with key customers/accounts and seeks feedback.
- Champion the use of multiple channels to engage with customers; hold the team accountable for responding to customer needs, and model effective digital communication techniques for both internal and external engagement.
- Provide clear customer insights to support the Asset team and District/Regional Market Access Managers in achieving business objectives for promoted products at the national level.
- Ensure cross functional coordination and collaboration to implement integrated customer journeys according to customer preferences.
- Analyze performance against business targets at local, regional, and national levels.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Around 3-4 years of experience in a sales role within the Healthcare industry or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics or Business Administration (or similar work experience).
- Excellent command of the Swedish & English language.
- Solid medical/scientific understanding & knowledge of therapeutic areas.
- Solid knowledge of the Swedish and European healthcare landscape.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI, Oneview, Excel, or SQL.
- Proactive driver of digital approaches.
- You possess strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with many different (internal & external) stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills - Ability to connect Analytical tools and insights to local, regional and national insights across sales, customer insight and executional excellence.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviors, needs and motivations – capability to integrate external healthcare trends and patient-centric perspectives into strategic planning.
- You are results oriented and visionary.
