Supply Chain Analyst

THE POSITION

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in driving the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Regional Operating Unit (ROPU) ASKAN’s (ASEAN, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand) supply chain analytics ecosystem. This role ensures the delivery of scalable, automated, and insight-driven dashboards to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/ IBP enhance supply chain decision-making.

You will help combine data engineering, advanced analytics, and business partnering, leveraging modern tools and digital platforms to provide actionable insights and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of analytics solutions across ROPU ASKAN by:
    • Gathering and translating business/user requirements into technical solutions
    • Defining project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans
    • Developing scalable dashboards and analytics products
    • Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validating outputs
    • Measuring impact and continuous improvement of analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors where required
  • Ensure sustainability and lifecycle management of analytics platforms by:
    • Managing user access, governance, and data integrity
    • Maintaining data pipelines and data quality standards
    • Supporting and training users on analytics tools and dashboards
  • Drive automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort
  • Deliver actionable insights using Scenario simulations and what-if analysis
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to support S&OP / IBP cycles
  • Contribute to the development and application of AI-driven analytics and agentic workflows
  • Act as ROPU Management System Owner:
    • Interface with global teams for analytics initiatives and system upgrades
    • Participate in global digital and analytics transformation projects
    • Share best practices and align with global standards
  • Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports at ROPU level
  • Build intuitive, user-friendly dashboards with strong data storytelling principles

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, or digital transformation
  • Experience with Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools; experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SAP and IBP as well as knowledge in AI are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation, and AI workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong ownership and accountability
