Job Responsibility:

 

  1. Talent Management and Performance Management
      1. Improve and manage the process of global performance management cycle and talent management process.
      2. Design and implement local talent development programs as needed
  2.  Leadership Development and General Training
      1. Localize and roll-out global Leadership Academy training programs
      2. Localize and manage global e-learning platforms and other learning tools in Japan
      3. Plan and implement local specific learning opportunities / training programs for the local needs that are not addressed by global programs
      4. Review the contents of induction training for new hire/mid-career hire  
  3.  Employee engagement
      1. Conduct and analyze survey and other tools to monitor employee engagement including global survey
      2. Collaborate with internal communication team and Openness, Respect & Opportunities team to enhance employee engagement
  4.  Employer Value Proposition
      1. Top Employer - obtain top employer certificate and leverage it to enhance HR practices in Boehringer Ingelheim Japan
      2. EVP - roll out People Promise (Boehringer's people promise) in Japan internally and externally to better position Boehringer Ingelheim as an employer of choice

Requirements:

    • Business Level English and Japanese
    • Practical experience of Talent Management and Learning and Development in a sizable multinational environment
    • Relevant academic experience is preferred
