Basic purpose of the job

Setting the strategic direction of the business in charge in alignment with Global strategic direction. Leads Business plan,
Responsible for achieving financial and qualitative targets.
Responsible for Business P&L.
Accountable of the core brands, including positioning, brand awareness, and pricing strategy, ensuring execution of the action plans .
Accountable for the innovation in products, services and communications to ensure sustainable growth for the business
Accountable of the lifecycle management of the current portfolio
Accountable of key account management, distribution/wholesalers' management strategies.
Promotes cross collaboration with enabling functions (Supply, Finance, HR and RAPV).
Interacts with Global HQ enabling and stimulating team interaction with key stakeholders in Ingelheim.
Promote active communication among Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Business segments
 

Must-Have Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of proven Business Management experience
A minimum of 5 years experiences in Animal Health industry or Agribusiness is preferred ideally within Livestock Business.
Understanding of the Japan agribusiness
English language-business level
 

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Sound understanding of the Livestock market and industry.
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Ability to work in teams
Available for frequent traveling
