Position

 

  • In this role you are responsible for developing annual strategy for a leading brand in BI to 1. Develop market and increase diagnosis ratio; 2. prioritizing and implementing brand strategy to ensure sales target achievement and to maximize the brand value.
    Innovative / disruptive thinkings are appreciated, which are needed to expand the current market size in an unprecedented way.

 

  • Furthermore, you drive marketing strategy development with a strong focus on market understanding which includes but not limited to: competitive assessments, lifecycle management, customer insights research, segmentation, brand planning, tactical planning, etc.

 

  • In addition, you support cross-functional project-work with interfaces across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Market Research, Public affairs etc. to ensure the holistic marketing strategy is developed and implemented properly.

 

 

Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Formulate annual plans. These should consider customer needs, the competitive environment, and our company's strengths.

 

  • Determine priorities for resource allocation, including personnel, assets, and budget.

 

  • Ensure effective communication of these priorities to multiple stakeholders including Sales, Medical, and Market Access (MAHA) teams, etc.

 

  • Monitor strategy implementation within the marketing department and other stakeholders.

 

  • Set up and manage Key Goal Indicators and Key Performance Indicators.

 

  • Implement project management scheme effectively.

 

 

Background

 

Must have

 

  • 5+ year experience in product marketing (pharmaceutical or other regulated industries preferred)

 

  • Japanese native, and English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above.

 

  • Track record in successfully leading cross-functional projects, involving multiple stakeholders into successful outcomes

 

  • Takes initiative and works under own direction.
    • Self-motivated, self-reliant, ability to work well under pressure.
    • Proactively learn and take the initiatives.
    • Takes responsibility for actions, projects.
