Marketing Manager | non-line Manager | Asset Marketing Gr., TA-CRM Marketing Dept. 

 

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Developing and executing tactical plans based on strategic direction
  • Creating compelling narratives and promotional materials to maximize the value of unique product
  • Building and maintaining effective networks and relationships with key external experts
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects that address market challenges

  • A can-do mindset that emphasizes how things can be done.
  • A strong sense of curiosity and a proactive learning mindset toward market and customer challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
  • Experience leading multiple team members through projects or other initiatives.
  • Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement and management.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience (WANT)

  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing focused on obesity and liver-related indications.
  • Experience in planning and managing webinars or F2F events for healthcare professionals
  • Experience in development of educational materials for healthcare professionals (e.g., detail aids)
