In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients.
Job Responsibilities:
PMO of TA Oncology
1. Facilitate business steering activities and processes for TA Oncology, including TALT, financial planning, corporate communication etc.
2. Drive project governance and manage progress of TA priorities.
3. Responsible for KPI tracking and consolidation.
4. Responsible for keeping planning methodology, tracking, governance consistency cross brands within TA.
Strategy lead for TA Oncology
1. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on industry trends, competitor landscape, analogues, etc.
2. Support business and strategic discussions and preparations.
3. Support long term forecast.
New product planning for early assets (by request)
1. Assist the TA Head or Brand Owner in commercial assessment and business case development when needed (depending on development milestone).
Facilitation of brand teams
1. Support the Brand Owner in facilitating local cross-functional discussions, e.g. medicine, market access, group functions.
2. Support the Brand Owner in organizing regular meetings with corporate brand team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5-8 years working experience in project management, new product planning, strategic planning, or management consulting within pharmaceutical industry
- Strong solution-oriented mindset including the desire to understand business needs and tailor appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with and influence people at all
