Job Responsibility:
The position is aiming to lead the animal health strategic account management, seek for cross species business opportunities, provide the Head of animal health with holistic view of selected livestock strategic accounts business status, challenges and opportunities, orchestrate the efforts and fully leverage strength across the species. Build foundation to drive force behind growth, innovation, and sustainable strategic relationship & success across the Business Units. This position will build a strategic partnership with Pets Strategic Account - New Ruipeng to enable both Boehringer and New Ruipeng to become the 1st choice along the Pet Ownership Journey.
-Build integrative view of the target Strategic Account performance. Regular review with the Head of animal health and related stakeholders on the strategic account management metrics and KPIs, business challenges and initiatives across species to ensure strategic alignment.
-Formulate integrated strategic accounts' strategies across the species, that clearly differentiate Boehringer from its competitors and contribute to business growth opportunities. Determines current and future customer's potential, defines strategic importance for development/long-term growth.
-Leverage strategic investment to develop the pet market in China through the leading pet business and pet clinic chains, beyond disease management to the final extension for pet life management.
-Support the work of managing interface to New Ruipeng excellent to get the most out of this key account by leveraging our current product portfolio and future innovations.
-Builds rapports with high level management from selected accounts through joint business visits with species account management team. Build supportive networks and relationships with the key stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of goals.
-Strengthen the relationship built with customer cross species managers. Drive the target strategic account customer strategy, commercial business planning (CBP) and identify opportunities across the species.
-Consolidates and drives sustainable strategic account partnership and networks in the targeted strategic accounts.
-Other key tasks/projects related to cross species strategic account management.
Job Requirements:
-Education Requirements: Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or MBA is a plus
-Minimum 10 years experience in Animal Health/Animal Nutrition/life sciences, with strong leadership capability. Commercial experiences in livestock and Companion Animal is a plus.
-Strong project management skills.
-Good competence in spoken and written English and fluency in Mandarin.
-Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and passionate for success.
-Strong abilities in working under pressure.
