Business Operation Excellence Manager (PM Ex)

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive the process excellence for the projects team owns.

- Drive and initiate the continuous operational excellence for the projects for external customer which team owns.

- Full life-cycle project management (local and global driven) as assigned: oversee project schedules, quality from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Regularly produce project reports and present project status.

- Be responsible for overseeing the CE projects portfolio to ensure efficient execution of multiple projects.

- Be responsible for tracking key metrics including cost, risk, and customer impact/business value of CE critical projects or global key projects. Identify and report the risks and facilitate decision-making to keep projects on track.

- Be responsible for giving the best practice sharing within the team, provide efficient project management tool to enable the team on project management skill.

- Deliver regular CE projects overview reports in CE TL and to senior management.

- Act as consultant to the process owner to optimize the SOPs and process.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- At least 3 years’ working experience in MNC Pharma company

- Experience in leading a project and process optimization

- Project management qualification

- 6 sigma certificate is a plus

- Fluent English both oral and written

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong cross functional collaboration skills

- Able to drive for change and lead process excellence
