Senior Product Manager/Marketing Manager - Oncology

In the future, the company will launch new medicines or indications in therapeutic areas including CV & metabolism, respiratory, oncology, immunology, CNS and retinal health to meet the demand of Chinese patients. 

 

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop brand strategy and drive execution excellence to enable successful launch and brand growth 

- Analyze brand profile, market evolvement and competitors to establish brand/indication market strategies.

- Translate brand strategy into actionable execution plan and lead the execution of marketing plan and campaigns and project budget management

- Develop brand KPI, monitor brand performance, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategy to ensure continuous brand growth.

2. Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders and business partner to achieve business objectives
 - Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders in both China and Global level to ensure the strategy synergy and smooth communication
 - Establish and maintain close collaboration with business partners to drive successful implementation of brand strategy and campaign execution

3. Key Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and sustain collaboration with external partners and ensure high SOV and strong advocacy among competition

4. Market insight and intelligence generation:

- Understand and quickly adapt changes of market competition and customer behaviors

- Monitor competitor intelligence and provide market insights and recommendations.

5. Ensure all business activities complying with compliance and legal requirement and ethical standards. Manage the cost within the budget

 

 

Job Requirements

- At least 4-year central marketing working experience of healthcare industry; Oncology related experience is preferred

- Bachelor degree and above
- Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes 
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business 
- High ability of communication; strong influencing, negotiation and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams 
- Customer oriented and strong winning spirit  
- Good command of English speaking and writing is required 
- Adaption to business trips
