Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution

- Support coordination of X-TA projects by working closely with global stakeholders and contributing to aligned execution

- Contribute to the implementation of project management standards and effective resource allocation and coordination

- Support the standardization of project-related processes and documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders and ensuring project activities follow established governance frameworks.

2. Cross TA Operation Excellence:

- Build up necessary standard resources, platform, SOPs, models and process to optimize the cross-TA new channel collaboration to increase the effectiveness and efficiency

- Take ownership of internal related process excellence & optimization.

3. Full life-cycle project management as assigned: oversee project schedules, quality from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Regularly produce project reports and present project status.

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree, with good language (English) skill for cross-TA communication.

- At least 3-5 years’ working experience in Projects management in pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong cross-functional project management skills

- Excellent organizational skills. Understand how the matrix structure is implemented and understand what is carried out and how this effects change.
