Principal System Analyst, Product Owner

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for the  data platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT strategies.
  • Define and maintain the data platform roadmap, including platform capabilities, services, and incremental delivery milestones.
  • Ensure data platform implementation on time, quality.
  • Translate business use cases, regulation and operational needs into clear data platform requirements, features, and prioritized backlog items.
  • Collaborate with architects,and other team member to develop, test data platform,including automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Uphold high standards of code quality through testing, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
  • Capabilities:
    • English working proficiency and communication skills (verbal and written)
    • At least 5-8 years of experience in IT role
  • Product Experience
    • 3+ years of experience of managing and prioritizing product vision,roadmap&backlog to the Scrum team.
    • Able to manage project within time and quality* 4+ years of expertise in IT in engineering domain.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • 4+ years of expertise in data platform domain.
    • Familiar with frameworks and best practices.
    • Must have knowledge of different environments and stages of development (DEV, QA, PROD).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Able to strategise implementation.
    • Be a good liaison and able to communicate effectively.
  • Mindset Behavior:
    • Self directed (able to contribute and see ahead of the current development timeline).
