Responsibilities
-Responsible for the successful translation from global strategy to local strategy, preparation of pipeline assets' launch and driving commercialization of Oncology TA portfolio by developing overarching integrated cross-functional strategies.
-Lead and ensure excellent execution in Oncology TA by integrating external market environment such as business landscape, competitors, industry regulations etc.
-Responsible for Oncology TA P&L managements and ensure financial objectives to be achieved with effective alignment cross functional teams.
-Developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with alliance partner to achieve mutual goals and maximize the value derived from the collaboration.
-Build an effective Oncology TA team committed to delivering the HP BU Intent, ambitious targets and achieving both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in relevant areas, like Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medicine, Psychology or its equivalent; Master’s degree and above in related area is a plus.
-Minimum 15 years of Healthcare Industry experience across multiple functions. International work experience as a plus
-Mature leaders with minimum 8 years leadership experience of business and marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of success in complex and competitive markets.
-Ideally deep knowledge and solid experience of Oncology TA including product life cycle management, strategy development and strong understanding of local market access landscape.
-Deep knowledge in identifying and building foundational insights, patient journey, new patient and customer engagement initiatives to improve the overall treatment landscape.
-Strong leadership skills and outstanding cross functions collaboration mindset.
-Remarkable communication and people management skills; have the ability to engage with Senior Management and Corporate stakeholders.
-Strong business acumen with good analytical skill and financial insights;
-Customer-foucsed and results-oriented
-Proficient in the English
