Head of Sales, TA CRM
Overall responsible to TA business's performance and sustainable development. Lead the team to deliver the business target, teer the TA business through good market understanding, effective risk analysis, strategic focus and operational excellence by creating a culture of performance and compliance. Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure the business sustainable development.
Sales strategy development:
-Develop and execute top line and bottom line strategy and targets by working collaboratively with central functions in order to drive execution excellence for sustainable future success
-Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals
-Market Analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. This information is used to inform the sales strategy.
Lead the team to prepare and implement business plan:
-Lead with the objective of achieving the specified business strategy, to ensure the effective implementation of the sales strategy. This includes monitoring sales activities, tracking performance against targets, and making necessary adjustments to the strategy as needed.
-Responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies through the development and execution of desired commercial behavior of all functions to increase product awareness, drive sale,and achieve sustainable business growth in TA business.This includes planning and executing local promotional activities.
Stakeholders relationship:
-Maintain relationships with key clients or stakeholders
- Ensure a good understanding of related government regulations and related pharma political and commercial trends
Team development and retention:
- Build and develop effective teams within a compliant culture by demonstrating and living the required corporate values and necessary leadership skills.
-oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
Collaboration:Fully collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and ensure alignment between the sales strategy and other company initiatives.
Budget Management:Responsible for setting and managing the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and collaborate with comprehensive team: TA business sales team, Marketing, Medicine, HAMA, Channel Solutions, Commercial Excellence, Legal& Compliance
- Responsible for the sales strategy and the execution of targeted multiple and board portfolios(Cardio, Renal and Metabolism), and with complex & diverse business models: in- hospital, CSO, alliance, retail ect.in high competitive and challenge market with dynamic governance environment.
1)At least 15+ years of marketing / sales experience in multinationals with over mroe than 10 years of experience of people management;
2)Strong connection and influence with KOLs and government authorities;
3)Strong people management and operational work skills
4)Strong strategic thinking ability and skills;
5)In-depth business planning, SFE and marketing analysis knowledge/skills;
5)Understand and take innovative initiation on new and latest GTM models.
-At least 15+ years of marketing/sales experience in multinationals with over more than 10 years of experience of sales team management;
-Mature leaders with minimum 10 years leadership experience of business or marketing management in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven track record of success in complex and competitive markets.
-Strong leadership skills and decision making capabilities, also with outstanding cross functions collaboration mindset.
-Excellent people interaction and influence skills.
