Job Responsibility:
This role will take end to end accountable for the overall management of the ITMS function in China. This includes responsibility for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems that support marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Consultancy: Demonstrates a consistent and direct engagement of clients at all levels in Marketing & Sales domain.
- Project Management: With supervision, plans, organizes and oversees resources to achieve the goals and objectives of assigned global or regional project. Lead the virtual project team and potential vendors to meet the goal of the projects on time within budget.
- Demand Management: With supervision, performs a liaison function between the business and internal providers of technical services.
- Solution and service Development: Taking the global service lead in ITMS China domain, Responsible for design, technical architecture, and implementation following the defined BI process framework of complex systems and software in ITMS areas, including interfaces to other areas.
- Domain Architecture: Develops Domain Architect capabilities as per IT Business Partnering Domain Architect role.
- Program Management: Develops Program Management capabilities as per IT Business Partnering Program Management role.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IS/IT or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in planning and executing IT projects and programs and working with IT solutions with a wide range of in-depth technical understanding across all IT disciplines.
- 1-3 years of working experience of leading team and leading projects.
- Experience in IT Security, Data Privacy, Cloud, Data Science, Computer System Validation and mobile applications is a must.
- Solid knowledge of relevant CNDA regulations for medical device is a must.
- Proven experience in hardware & software development for medical applications
- SCRUM experience as Product Owner is a plus
- Solid knowledge of healthcare IT strategic planning, technological trends and systems preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize requirements and deliver operational results.
- Proven leadership experience with strong ability to develop people in complex environment.
- Proven experience in managing third party vendors (e.g. IT vendors, device manufacturers, call centers, HIS vendors, platform vendors).
- Experience in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment
- An open-minded entrepreneur who evaluates, analyses and implements economic benefits for clinical potentials.
- Excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and spoken.
