Job Responsibilities
-The position is to build up and maintain the ERM system which includes reviewing, improving current policies and process; provide guidance to or work together with line managers and HR BPs in daily ER management works.
-Lead ,Coordinating and executing the decision to avoid unnecessary legal and management risks in employment.
-The position also has the responsibility to improve the people management knowledge and skills through ER tools.
-Contribute to establishment and complement of the employee relationship management policies and procedures, providing solid support to control the risks of ERM.
-Support, guide and advise the line manager to execute the right strategies, procedure, and actions to handle disciplinary matters in line with company culture, policies, and labor laws.
-Investigate and dispose the employee conflicts and complaints, to prevent the labor disputes and protect both interests of company and employees.
-Coordinate and resolve the labor disputes, ensure the labor disputes were resolved timely and effectively within both of company's policies and the labor laws.
-Investigate and analyze the key reasons related to the labor disputes, give the right response and solution to avoid further impact and risks.
-HR related investigation (incl: Harassments, bulling, Auti-discrimination, working discipline, HR data accuracy etc.,)
-Keep interactive with administrative departments of labor/employment authorities and have the advice and guide from time to time.
-Work with legal department and lawyer in arbitration and trial defense
Qualifications
-Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above
-Major: Human Resources, Law, Psychology or other similar discipline
-Language skills & proficiency: Fluent in English speaking and writing
-10 years of work experience in HR functions; at least 2 years ER experience
-Have good knowledge in PRC labor laws as well as the practical skills in complicated labor disputes. The knowledge of psychology would be a plus.
-Have strong capability to communication, negotiation and observation in stress and complicated situations.
