Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars; plan/organize priorities and ensure working agenda reasonable and efficient

-Schedule and facilitate meetings, conference calls and various appointments

- Coordinate and arrange workshops, forums, conferences, prepare packs/reports/agenda, to take minutes and follow up actions where required

- Organize internal and external events

- Provide support to cross team project if needed

-Organize schedule for visitors ensuring efficient management

-Handle with Expats’ special requirement (visa, work permit, etc.

-Manage travel itineraries by ensuring efficient scheduling , booking for domestic and international travel, schedule and arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries according to Head of Medicine’s requirement, and keep travel diary up to date

-Organize, maintain and update databases and filing system; maintain/update the accounts/reports/documents of high quality

-Management of Head of Medicine office expenses/departmental expenditure monthly

-Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and other matters 

Qualifications
1.Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences in MNC

2.Assistant related background is preferred

3.Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese & English both oral and written

4.Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the proven ability to operate in a pro-active, professional manner

5.Willing to learn with positive attitude.

6.Problem solving, the individual identifies and independently resolves problems (when possible) in a timely manner

7.Demonstrates strong discretion, and meticulous attention to detail in managing and safeguarding confidential corporate, personnel, and other sensitive matters.
