Job Responsibilities
Organization & governance:
-To enlighten and facilitate the leaders in respective responsible functions to promote, foster Compliance & Legal cultures. 
-To ensure a solid and appropriate Compliance & Legal governance structure in responsible functions.
-To execute the reward and recognition program within Human Pharm respective responsible functions to foster a solid and balanced compliance culture
Business Support:
-Establish communication channels within respective responsible areas to develop the management's compliance awareness, knowledge and strengthen the compliance accountability of business leaders. 
-Act as the integrity advisor to independently provide guidance and advice to responsible functions on compliance subjects. 
-To ensure compliance matters such as monitoring observation and mitigation actions, new government related regulations act is timely delivered and understood by the business, and support business to build up corresponding actions.
-To perform compliance preliminary review and provide solid comprehensive compliance risk analysis and review to business
-To govern CSO (Contract Sales Organization) compliance management
Standards & written guidance:
-Ensure compliance control and requirements are embedded, followed and adhered during the business policies design/revision stages to foster compliance control into business requirement. 
Training, Communication & Awareness:
-Develop the Compliance & Legal training curricular content based on yearly awareness plan to ensure the Compliance & Legal regulations are clearly delivered throughout the organization.
-Independently conduct the Compliance & Legal training and communication in respective responsible area; deliver on-boarding, refreshing and tailor-made classroom training according to the yearly training plan and monitoring, investigation result.
-To monitor the completion of training and take appropriate action to ensure the agreed completion target are met.
Risk Assessment:
-To proactively work with responsible Human Pharm functions to ensure new/changed business activities are timely identified and discussed, including understanding of emerging business new initiatives. 
-To define the risk of related business activities, proposed and aligned the CAPA with the stakeholders, and report the result to functions senior leaders
-To follow up the CAPA with the responsible functions' stakeholders on a regular basis
Global contacts:
-To work together Global related Compliance & Legal function build Boehringer's regional compliance network to provide advice and supports to global compliance programs.
 
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above is required, in finance business administration, economics or related fields.
-Minimum 10 working experience with compliance, auditing, consulting or finance background. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred, relevant professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, ACCP etc. is preferred
