Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business agreement of CSO partners to align with business needs. 
  • Develop related process, guidance and solution to ensure efficient execution on business agreement.
  • Deep analysis the market and develop business strategies to drive for implementation excellence of promotion strategy for CSO partners with guidance from Boehringer.
  • Analyzing Performance: Develop and implement sales strategy for CSO partners to attain annual sales objectives and increase market share.
  • Market Research and insight: Understand and quickly adapt changes of regulations, market competitors and consumer behaviors. Drive CSO partners to Develop and Execute product/market strategies rapidly responding to market and competitive changes
  • Collaboration: Strong engage cross function teams including HQ, RA, medical affairs, market access, supply chain, channel solution etc. to successfully navigate the internal and external environments to support brand launch successfully and deliver value to our customers
  • Ensure the activities of CSO business fully comply with compliance with cooperation with Compliance department and meet with DP requirement in the agreement

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5-year marketing working experience of healthcare industry, consulting firm experience is preferred; Alliance, Sales, central marketing manager is preferred
  • Ability to anticipate and rapidly respond to market and competitive changes
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to identify creative approaches to market/customer in support of growing the business
  • High ability of communication; strong influencing, negotiation and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Customer oriented and strong winning spirit  
  • Good command of English speaking and writing is required
  • Adaption to frequent business trips
