Associate Marketing Director/ Senior Marketing Manager - Obesity

- Develop obesity indication strategies from HCP insight generation to brand positioning to segmentation/targeting/messaging, content development and campaign, track KPI, timeline and budget
- Prepare and implement related annual brand plan and business implementation plan with focus on obesity indication
- Collaborate with medical & KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV
- Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan
- Orchestrate critical brand launch preparation initiatives with global and local cross function team.
- Experience & capabilities required:
- AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience
- Good knowhow on customer insight generation, HCP engagement (positioning, messaging, content, creative, campaign)
- Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
