Associate Marketing Director/ Senior Marketing Manager - Obesity

 

  • Job description highlights:
    • Develop obesity indication strategies from HCP insight generation to brand positioning to segmentation/targeting/messaging, content development and campaign, track KPI, timeline and budget
    • Prepare and implement related annual brand plan and business implementation plan with focus on obesity indication
    • Collaborate with medical & KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV
    • Set up and deepen inter-department cooperation and communication to develop and implement product strategies and plan
    • Orchestrate critical brand launch preparation initiatives with global and local cross function team. 
  • Experience & capabilities required:
    • AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience
    • Good knowhow on customer insight generation, HCP engagement (positioning, messaging, content, creative, campaign)
    • Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English
