Job description
  • Lead brand team to deliver high quality brand strategy and operational plan in line with global & local guidance
  • Drive campaign execution excellence and brand building to solidify brand positioning within budget and deliver brand sales target
  • Collaborate with KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV
  • Collaborate with HAMA, Medicine, CE, CS and marketing peers for brand strategy development, CSF implementation and access / retail uptake
  • Empower regional marketing & field team for strategy cascading and field team empowerment
 
Experience & capabilities required:
  • AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience, diabetes / chronic disease / CKD preferred, 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven record of sizable brand management experience, impactful campaign execution and strong KOL management
  • Good leadership and decision making, team empowerment / development
  • Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus
  • Fluent in both oral English & Madarine
