- Lead brand team to deliver high quality brand strategy and operational plan in line with global & local guidance
- Drive campaign execution excellence and brand building to solidify brand positioning within budget and deliver brand sales target
- Collaborate with KEEs for strong engagement /endorsement and collect front line HCP insights to identify business opportunities and support business planning and brand SOV
- Collaborate with HAMA, Medicine, CE, CS and marketing peers for brand strategy development, CSF implementation and access / retail uptake
- Empower regional marketing & field team for strategy cascading and field team empowerment
- AMD / SMM, 10 years MNC marketing experience, diabetes / chronic disease / CKD preferred, 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven record of sizable brand management experience, impactful campaign execution and strong KOL management
- Good leadership and decision making, team empowerment / development
- Self driven, committed and growth mindset, strong collaboration, customer focus
- Fluent in both oral English & Madarine
