Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop brand strategy to enable successful launch and brand growth
- Prepare and implement related brand plan and ensure high quality implementation of marketing plans
- Collaboration with external partner and internal functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives
- Ensure achievement of P/L of related products.
- Develop and lead team for existing and future business.
Job Content:
1)Develop brand strategy to enable successful launch and brand growth
- Develops brand strategy to ensure competitiveness in the market, and ensure achievement of business goals
- Collaborate with global teams to reflect China market situations in global strategy planning through co-creation. And localize global strategy to translate into China strategy and execution
- Lead launch planning and cross functional executions to ensure successful launch
- Lead market understanding activities and develop competitive strategy to differentiate against competitors and ensure achievement of brand objectives
- Provide internal stakeholders and senior management with updated market analysis and strategy in regular business reviews
2)Prepare and implement related brand plan and ensure high quality implementation of Business Strategy:
- Develop marketing campaigns to deliver brand strategy and key strategic imperatives and lead related teams to execute with quality
- Identify key customers and develop engagement plan, and KOL management
- Collect external and internal information to track promotional effectiveness and measure results
- Ensure marketing resources are properly allocated and executed according to plan
3)Collaboration with external partner and internal functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives:
- Work with alliance partner on a day-to-day basis to collaborate on marketing planning, activity execution and field force management, in order to achieve business results
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to achieve successful launch and deliver business objectives
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and functional teams in strategy development and resource planning
4)Leadership & Management:
- Lead marketing team via setting objectives and provide coaching and directions
- Externally liaise with alliance partner and lead strategy and ensure execution
- Develop talent and prepare the organization for future business success
- Ensure that team members comply with legal, regulatory and BI policies
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years of marketing experience in multinationals with over 5 years of central marketing experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, experience of people management.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong collaboration skill and mindset,with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
