Responsibilities
- Serve as a trust partner on Medical Engagement and Partnership to the Medicine TAs.

- ­Work with global and local stakeholders to facilitate strategic medical engagement initiatives and build supporting processes, frameworks, systems, and platforms.

­- Support effective collaboration between TAs and cross-functional partners, including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access, etc.

- ­ Work with global and local stakeholders to continuously improve key medical affairs processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

­- Support the Medicine TAs in the design and implementation of annual goals and target breakdowns.

­- Deliver accurate, consistent and comprehensive performance reports with forecast, and report performance to the governance board with pre-identified issues with potential solutions.

­- Establish and maintain a repository of best practices, templates, and tools for the medical team.

­- Consciously pay attention to new technologies, digital tools, and innovative approaches and actively apply them in the daily work.

­- Serve as TA expert in the field of medical governance and SOPs, and strengthen TAs’ compliance awareness continuously, develop and manage compliance mechanism or standard process for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Medical Quality team to support on quality control of key medical delivery outcomes, including target setting and progress tracking.

­- Work with Audit, compliance review or any other projects as required.

­- Identify and mitigate compliance risks within the TAs.

Qualifications
- Master degree or above; MD or Master Degree of pharmacology, medicine or related area, Ph.D. or MBA is preferred;

- Minimum 2 years working experience in medicine or project management function, or proven experience in a medical excellence, medical operations, or medical strategy role.

- Excellent project management skills and financial planning and managing experience

- Knowledge of Compliance/Data Transparency/Conflict-of-Interest regulated work environments

- Excellent communication skill and strong leadership in cross-functional groups (internal and external)

- Fluent in English & Chinese
