Bio Product Manager, Companion Animal

THE POSITION

·       Develop and execute brand strategies to elevate brand equity and market presence.

·       Lead annual operational plans to drive sales growth and expand market share for assigned brands.

·       Collaborate with Sales and Regulatory teams to ensure business alignment and provide strategic feedback.

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Execute CA Marketing plan & activities for BIO products, Pain and CNS product portfolios.
BIO (Recombitek, Purevax, Rabisin), Pain (Metacam), CNS (Pexion)

·       Create and implement sales-driving campaigns tailored to the companion animal market.

·       Analyze sales and market data to provide strategic insights for the sales team.

·       Execute veterinary conferences and advertisements to strengthen customer partnerships.

·       Forecast demand and manage inventory to ensure stable product supply.

·       Produce marketing materials to effectively communicate product value.

·       Monitor and optimize marketing ROI to ensure efficient resource allocation.

 

Requirements

  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) preferred
  • Minimum 3+ experience in a related job field (Animal Health marketing, vet clinics)
  • Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Korean are required
  • Skillful in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
