Product Manager
The Position
Responsible for executing and rolling out the brand strategy according to the defined Integrated Customer Plan (ICP) in the Regional Operating Unit South America (ROPU).
Ensure business performance tracking and execute the activities and initiatives defined in the ICP to maximize opportunities.
Identify and escalate risks and insights from the field to the Regional Operating Unit South America (ROPU) team.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Build Integrated Customer Plan for each brand focused on cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Regional TA Strategy & create value working aligned with the Sales Manager.
- Ensure brand execution with a strong focus on driving sales growth and market share gain of assigned brands within the region.
- Work closely with CommOps team to ensure a correct target & segmentation process aligned with the brand strategy.
- Maximize business objectives through local initiatives based on stakeholder fit-for-experience and brand strategy.
- Responsible for local DP allocation and execution aligned with the defined brand strategy.
- Influence the development of ROPU brand strategies by providing local input in relation to market and customer insights.
- Execute the strategy focused on the defined KPIs.
Requirements
Required
- Experience in strategic Brand management with proven record in different markets within pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of product life cycle management.
- Experience in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, stakeholder behaviors and growth opportunities.
- Commercial acumen, solid understanding of sales performance drivers, forecasting, and ROI based decision-making.
- Experienced collaboration with sales teams to drive promotional excellence and brand uptake, building upon digital / multichannel marketing.
- Advanced English.
