Workforce Time Management Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Workforce Time Management to join our global HR IT organization. In this role, you will work closely with HR stakeholders and business users to understand workforce time management requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and support the evolution of our global HR technology landscape.

As a trusted partner to the business, you will apply your expertise in workforce time management processes and enterprise systems to drive continuous improvement, enable digital transformation, and deliver scalable solutions for an international workforce.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
  • Design, configure, and support workforce time management solutions and related HR applications.
  • Assess business needs and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Support project deliveries, system enhancements, testing activities, and production deployments.
  • Partner with vendors, technical teams, and other IT functions to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional expertise to support ongoing operations.
  • Contribute to global HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a comparable role within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong capabilities in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, Interflex Time, Workforce Time, Kronos / UKG, or a comparable enterprise workforce management platform.
  • Experience supporting multinational HR organizations.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications.
  • Familiarity with payroll integrations and broader HR system landscapes.
  • Experience working in agile delivery models and global project environments.
  • Solid understanding of workforce time management processes, including attendance, absence management, scheduling, and payroll-related processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
