Veeva System Engineer - RIM

We are looking for a Veeva System Engineer (RIM) to join our IT HUB in Sant Cugat, where you will provide comprehensive business and technical support and implement configuration changes within the Veeva platform. As a member of an agile Product Team, you will be instrumental in addressing the needs of our internal customers in Medicine. This involves from requirements, initial prototyping to developing and maintaining a fully productive and scalable solution.

Tasks & responsibilities

•    Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
•    Act as a subject matter expert for Veeva Vault, ensuring reliable and high-performance integrations.
•    Configure and develop Veeva Vault applications, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
•    Develop and maintain high understanding of Support Management model, align with support teams and ensuring meeting support expectations.
•    Address product-related issues, contributing your expertise in process management, architectural design, and engineering.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer sciences or related/equivalent discipline.
•    Good knowledge of Clinical Development processes, preferably in Regulatory Affairs business processes ideally using Veeva Vault RIM.
•    Veeva System Knowledge: Good understanding of Veeva’s architecture, data models, and integration methods, deployments, developments and DevOps principles.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to create and maintain business relations with various stakeholders
•    English communication skills on a professional level.
•    Enjoy learning new knowledge and skills outside your own comfort zone.
•    Working experience in the pharma industry and regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
•    Veeva Admin Certification is a nice to have
