Regulatory Product Specialist - RIM
The Position
Are you a young professional with a background in Life Sciences looking to take your career to the next level in the world of IT? This is your chance to join our IT HUB in Sant Cugat as a Regulatory Product Specialist - RIM.
As part of an agile Product Team, you will play a key role in supporting our internal customers in Medicine, gaining both technical expertise and business insights in a regulated environment. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and experience in configuring and maintaining Veeva Vault, a leading technology in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a unique opportunity to bridge your Life Sciences knowledge with IT skills and become a Subject Matter Expert in a highly specialized field.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain high understanding of Support Management model, align with support teams and ensuring meeting support expectations
- Address product-related issues, contributing your expertise in process management
- Receive comprehensive training in Veeva Vault configuration and maintenance before actively using the system to support business needs.
- Grow into a Subject Matter Expert for Veeva Vault, becoming a go-to resource for the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in Computer sciences or Life Sciences.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to create and maintain business relations with various stakeholders
- English communication skills on a professional level.
- Ideally good knowledge of Clinical Development processes, preferably in Regulatory Affairs business processes using Veeva Vault RIM
- Enjoy learning new knowledge and skills outside your own comfort zone.
- Working experience in the pharma industry and regulated environments (GxP) is a plus
- Veeva Admin Certification is a nice to have
