NBA (Next Best Action) Business Analyst

The Next Best Action (NBA) Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of Campaign Automation Services by leveraging data insights from each Data Pillar Implementation (DPI) instance. The primary purpose of this role is to craft impactful, market-specific use cases across NBA markets, establish business rules for new NBA constructs, and propose these rules to various markets. Acting as a bridge between Campaign Automation Services (NBA Squad) and Data Excellence teams, the NBA Business Analyst will lead new country onboardings, drive data conversations, monitor the quality of NBA output, develop a comprehensive knowledge base, and construct new KPIs to measure the impact of NBA across all regions.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Data Insights Utilization: Leverage data insights from each Data Pillar Implementation (DPI) instance to craft impactful, market-specific use cases across NBA market
  • Business Rules Establishment: Establish business rules for new NBA constructs and effectively propose these rules to various markets
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between different stakeholders, including Campaign Managers, Omnichannel Managers, Local Data Analysts, and Brand Managers
  • Country Onboarding and Data Conversations:Lead new country onboardings and drive all data conversations
  • Knowledge Base Development:Develop an internal knowledge base to support NBA operations
  • KPI Construction:Construct new KPIs and devise methods to measure the impact of NBA across all regions
  • Operational Streamlining:Streamline global operations by bridging Data Excellence, Campaign Management, local OPU marketing, and CFR team
  • Vendor Transition Support: Support the transition from external vendor to HPS while enhancing service and ensuring scalability

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst or subject matter expert in global transformation projects.
  • 1-2 years of proven track record with NBA concepts.
  • Proven ability to capture and develop clear and well-thought-out business requirements.
  • Ability to think end-to-end and see potential impacts and risks associated with the rollout of a new solution.
  • Strong communication, verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and complex environment.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex topics.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving essential.
