Internship Programme IT - Citizen Development Ambassador (ServiceNow)

 

 

 

Would you like to start developing your professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry and join our community of young talents? 

 

Are you in your final year of undergraduate studies or pursuing a master's/postgraduate degree? Are you interested in starting your internship in April 2025? 

 

Then this is your opportunity! At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching our new internship program for the 2025 edition. We are looking for enthusiastic young individuals eager to learn and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of present and future generations through their internships with us in the following area:

 

CITIZEN DEVELOPMENT AMBASSADOR (ServiceNow) 

 

Recently the ServiceNow global team implemented this Citizen approach in order to open the enterprise platform to everyone who want to use it for low code-no code development, for that we’re upskilling the team to enable them to know the process end to end and support anyone else who is starting, the intern will be capable as well to become a Citizen developer in the ServiceNow strategic platform. 

 

What will your day-to-day be like? 

 

As an intern, you will: 

 

  • Learn what ServiceNow is, and which are the community and services provided by it. 
  • Understand what the Citizen Approach within ServiceNow is. 
  • Upskill as a Citizen developer for ServiceNow.  
  • Support the implementation for that new approach.  
  • Assist with the communication and training campaign about it. 
  • Participate on the feedback loop and Propose improvements into the Citizen process. 

 

What type of profile are we looking for?   

 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • High level of English. 
  • It is essential to be able to establish an internship agreement with the University or educational institution. 
  • Availability to start the internship from April 25th for a duration between 6 to 12 months. 
  • We are looking for curious, innovative individuals with a passion for learning and development. With proactivity and motivation for teamwork.
