At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at individuals with enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations.

Digital Services is part of “The Digital Factories”; our main goal is to achieve quick and high-quality delivery of digital assets. Our Digital Factory provides high-quality production support for emails, eDetails, OM, and more. Our process covers development, testing, deployment, and data-driven real-time decisions that enhance the effectiveness of our customer engagements. By leveraging innovative technologies and industry best practices, we aim to deliver exceptional value, drive growth, and support the production of high-quality digital content.

During the internship, you will collaborate with different teams and participate in tasks related to project management, data analysis, and operational support. These projects are related to AI evolution, digital business, and team management.

 

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and digital tools.
  • Help coordinate and monitor progress on internal initiatives and action plans.
  • Gather input and requirements from cross-functional teams.
  • Join meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Assist with routine tasks related to service operations platforms.
  • Support internal communications to increase visibility and transparency of ongoing activities.

 

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Education: Student in Digital Business, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Not required, but experience or interest in project management tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow) or agile methodologies will be valued.
  • Languages: High level of English, all communication will be in English.
  • Skills: Enthusiastic team player eager to grow, with a proactive mindset for proposing creative solutions, strong communications, organized and analytical thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenge.
  • Availability: Start date February 6th, 2026, with the possibility to sign a university internship agreement for approximately 12 months.
