If you are in your final year of your University Degree or pursuing a Master's/Postgraduate in areas such as Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or similar, and you are interested in starting your internship in February 2026, this is your opportunity!

At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at individuals with enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations.

As a Global Data Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with real-world datasets and learn how to extract insights that support data-driven decision-making across international business operations. During your internship, you will strengthen your analytical skills using industry-standard tools, collaborate with experienced analysts, and contribute to projects that impact our global services. Our team is committed to your growth: you will receive mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to explore different areas of data analytics. Additionally, you will gain exposure to cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

 

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings as part of the Agile methodology, collaborating with experienced data analysts to review current tasks, share progress updates, and promptly address any challenges encountered.
  • Assistance with ongoing projects by learning and applying data cleaning, organization, and analysis techniques using SQL and Python, under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Support ad hoc requests from other teams by delivering relevant insights and contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of existing reports and dashboards.

 

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Education: Student in Digital Business, Mathematic, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience: Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, for creating dashboards and reports will be valued.
  • Languages: High level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability: Start date February 6th, 2026, with the possibility to sign a university internship agreement for approximately 12 months.
