Would you like to start your professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry and become part of our talent community?

If you are in your final year of your University Degree or pursuing a Master's/Postgraduate in areas such as Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or similar, and you are interested in starting your internship in September 2026, this is your opportunity!

At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at individuals with enthusiasm, a desire to learn, and a willingness to contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations.

The OT Cybersecurity team is responsible for protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and their associated networks across production environments. The team works closely with automation, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and resilient operations in industrial sites by addressing cybersecurity risks, monitoring threats, and supporting incident response.

As an intern, you will learn how cybersecurity is applied in real industrial environments, focusing on the protection of critical systems and networks. You will develop hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities, supporting security implementations, and using specialized tools used to monitor and protect ICS environments. Throughout your internship, you will be guided by experienced cybersecurity professionals who will support your development and help you gain a practical understanding of OT cybersecurity practices.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • You will support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems, learning how security is applied in real production environments.
  • You will collaborate in the configuration and use of cybersecurity tools to monitor and protect ICS networks.
