Global Services Customer Facing Execution Platform Manager

As a Global Services Customer Facing Execution Platform Manager, you will provide services to the different countries for all the CFE (Customer Facing Experience) related activities. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of data uploads and analysis, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with internal teams and Business Partners to deliver impactful analytical solutions. You will be a key player for the support of the different teams in the day-to-day activities ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across global commercial analytics activities.


This role is part of Human Pharma Services (HPS), which is our in-house organization providing services to efficiently and effectively communicate to patients and HCPs. Through our centralized global service model, we support our internal customers in engaging with their stakeholders and delivering high quality results via standardized and scalable services. As part of HP Services, the CFT (Customer Facing Teams) Hub will focus on services related to Customer Facing Experience.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day data analysis and operational tasks
  • Ensure data quality in all activities and processes
  • Lead analytical tasks and contribute to the completion of team objectives
  • Manipulate and transform data using Excel and SQL
  • Perform data loading and integration across various systems and platforms
  • Apply data quality assurance principles and practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business Partners to ensure proper execution of tasks
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Informatics or a Data related field. Master's degree preferre
  • Knowledge and proven experience of 3-5 years in Salesforce based platforms including set-up, management and maintenance. Experience with Salesforce based systems is preferred, however other technologies / systems will be valued.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience and strong understanding in data operations, data management, or related analytical roles. Familiarity with commercial analytics, healthcare environment and sales operations is a plus
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities in data workflows and team processes, with a focus on innovation and continuous optimization
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills to effectively manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and priorities a dynamic environment
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and build effective working relationships
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to lead workstreams and contribute to data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and transformation
  • Familiarity with data quality assurance principles
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency level in office suite specially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency level in Salesforce based tools. Experience with other CRM technologies will be valued
  • Data visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, …) is a plus
