Data Delivery Coordinator

the Data Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating global data delivery initiatives within the HP Data & Analytics organization. This role focuses on ensuring efficient data collection, organization, and delivery across multiple markets and stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and consistency.

The Data Delivery Coordinator will lead projects related to data modeling, transformation, and visualization, enabling business teams to extract actionable insights and measure performance effectively. This position requires strong collaboration with global stakeholders, capability owners, and technical teams to define KPIs, implement dashboards, and support strategic decision-making.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Act as project lead for GTM data modeling in Snowflake, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Connect with stakeholders globally to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Organize and structure data for efficient analysis and reporting across markets.
  • Analyze and interpret data to extract business value and actionable insights.
  • Drive conversations with capability owners to define metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring clarity and usability.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery meets high standards of consistency, usability, and quality.
  • Support continuous improvement of data delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data delivery with broader organizational goals.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Information Management
  • IT or Computer Science
  • Statistics or related quantitative disciplines
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data management and/or data modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience leading data projects.
  • Proven expertise in Business Process Analysis and defining KPIs to drive performance.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Snowflake, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • English: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix and cross-functional organization.
  • Results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration and mediation skills.
  • Good judgment in evaluating benefits and risks and providing sound recommendations.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
