Computer Validation Specialist

This position offers more than a job; it's an opportunity to support our manufacturing processes and digital initiatives with your specialized knowledge in Computer Validation. As a key player, you'll support the change in meeting our dynamic business needs and play a pivotal role in supporting our IT systems and our manufacturing and laboratory processes.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop Validation Strategies: Create and implement validation strategies, define processes, and set timelines for activities.
- Support Validation Activities: Ensure all activities are conducted according to strategies, review protocols, and monitor tests.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Support the validation of computer systems in compliance with regulations and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of all activities, prepare reports, document issues and resolutions, and maintain records.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development on validation processes and provide support to the team.
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, health care degree, or similar.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in computer systems validation (or related field).
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of the technology being validated, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for computer system validation, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to prepare accurate validation documentation and reports.
- Knowledge in Cloud Validation, Documentation Automation, Task Automation or Test Automation is a plus.
