The HRBP, Manager will provide consultative leadership on business challenges and associated people and organizational implications. Influence and lead human capital planning, change management, organizational consulting and design, and diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives while utilizing business process principles. Provide strategic thought leadership with a global perspective and champion the values and culture of the organization. Productively challenge the status quo and voice innovative observations, questions, and ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive strategic human resources initiatives that support business goals.
  • Execute the Talent Management process including workforce planning and strategic human capital planning, succession planning, and development planning within the client group.
  • Drive business leaders to focus on increasing top talent and differentiating development of employees.
  • Function as an internal consultant to leaders in achieving business goals.
  • Advise and guide management on organizational effectiveness, particularly the alignment of processes, systems, and people.
  • Lead change by partnering with business leaders on planning, implementing, and communicating organizational changes while involving employees.
  • Drive performance consulting, ensuring expectations align with business strategy and that ratings and compensation are aligned and differentiated across the client group.
  • Partner with business leaders to create and execute Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement strategy.
  • Champion the culture.
  • Provide leadership for talent acquisition within the client group.
  • Establish strategies for strategic wealth-creating/critical positions and ensure diverse representation in candidate pools.
  • Manage other HR functions as required, including liaison with centralized Employee Relations, supporting OD and learning strategies, and partnering with Compensation Management on new approaches.
  • Manage and develop direct reports if applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or a similar discipline required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated change leadership, internal consulting, organizational and talent assessment and development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and build relationships at all levels, and to link business objectives with HR activities; strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Committed to continuous improvement.

  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
