US_Systems Analyst
Description
Partner with IT team members and at times meet with the client community to assist with the delivery of IT processes that utilize underlying technology solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity. Responsibilities will primarily be baseline IT process review and support, reporting and analysis duties, and may include participation on project teams.

This position offers a base salary typically between $60,000 and $97,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus, relocation and or other compensation elements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business processes and requirements in collaboration with IT colleagues.
- Evaluate requirements and propose solutions or process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal and external peers to ensure security solutions operate effectively and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the Global Security Team and the global risk and crisis management function.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize IT risks to corporate data and systems, including external and internal threats and third-party vulnerabilities.
- Perform baseline system administration, maintenance, and support for assigned platforms.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to project teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Deliver assigned tasks and action items on time.
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes and project activities.
- Provide support for physical security platforms and applications.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution preferably in Computer Science or MIS with zero 0 - 2years of relevant experience; or relevant Business or IT experience with 2+ years
- Ability to work independently and in a team; problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Initial experience with physical security technologies (e.g., site security operations, infrastructure alarming, security communications).
- Familiarity with Security / Facility Management Systems (e.g., Winguard).
- Background in technology and/or physical security systems; configuration, deployment, and maintenance experience is a plus.
- Knowledge with some or all of the following: ServiceNow, Microsoft SQL, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, WAF, VPN.
- Basic programming or system configuration experience preferred.
- Basic level of technical understanding and/or system configuration experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
