This position offers a base salary typically between $115,000 and $148,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus, relocation and or other compensation elements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define, develop, implement, enhance and maintain systems that support EHS processes such as: SAP Incident, Audit and Risk management, Integrated Health Management Systems, Occupational Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Product Compliance & Safety and much more!
- Support and work with innovative initiatives such as leveraging AI within our field, helping to shape the future roadmap of such technologies within the company.You will collaborate closely with Business Key Users and IT professionals to prioritize and plan the implementation of changes and projects.
- Can you take charge and drive projects to success? You will work to establish yourself to lead small to medium-sized projects and contribute significantly to large project teams, creating detailed project plans and delivering on them.
- Finally, you will ensure all project activities align with methodologies and maintain robust security and audit requirements in compliance with the company’s policies. Are you committed to upholding the highest standards?
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field with a minimum of 7 years experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, with a minimum of 5 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with a minimum 3 years of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 7 years.
- Pharma industry knowledge is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IT concepts, architecture and terminology, such as databases, servers, web services, cloud-based set ups, APIs, amongst others.
- You’re a natural problem-solver with a results-driven attitude, innovative thinking, and top-notch communication skills.

- We are an international team; therefore, you should be fluent in English, both written and spoken. German skills would also be a plus!
